It was more outdoor sessions today, this time in Market Harborough where a beach has been created for members of the community to come along and enjoy.

We started the day with some sitting volleyball on the sand with local children; everyone seemed to enjoy rolling around in the sand and learning some of the basic skills of the game.

Throughout the evening we played more sitting volleyball as well as some standing beach volleyball whilst highlights of the London 2012 Olympic Games were played on a big screen. It was fantastic to relive the memories of Super Saturday as well as the closing ceremony
